This page gives you a clear overview of how Vestments Empire delivers your order, the estimated timelines and what to do if you need help with a delivery.
Where We Deliver
We deliver across the United States and worldwide. Delivery options and costs are shown at checkout based on your address.
Estimated Delivery Times
Delivery times begin once your order has been dispatched, which follows our processing time for in stock and made to measure items:
- United States standard: three to seven business days
- United States express: one to three business days
- International standard: seven to twenty one business days
- International express: three to seven business days, where available
These are estimates and can vary with location, customs and carrier conditions.
Made to Measure Orders
Custom made and made to measure garments are tailored after you order, so please allow seven to fourteen business days for production before the delivery times above apply. Embroidery and other personalisation may add a little more time.
Tracking Your Order
When your order ships, we email you a tracking number and a link so you can follow your parcel to your door. Please allow up to twenty four hours for tracking to begin updating after dispatch.
Customs for International Orders
International parcels may pass through customs, which can add time and may involve local duties or taxes set by your country. Any such charges are the responsibility of the customer.
If Your Order Has Not Arrived
If your estimated delivery window has passed and your order has not arrived, please check your tracking link first, then contact us at support@vestmentsempire.com or +1 (929) 330-6666. We will trace your parcel and keep you updated until it is resolved.
Incorrect Address
Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout. If you notice a mistake, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot be responsible for parcels delivered to an address entered incorrectly, though we will always try to help.
