Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your clergy wear. If something is not right, this policy explains how returns, exchanges and refunds work at Vestments Empire.

Return Window

You may request a return within thirty days of receiving your order. To be eligible, items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original condition with any tags and packaging intact.

Items That Cannot Be Returned

Because they are produced to your specifications, the following are not eligible for return unless they arrive faulty or incorrect:

  • Custom made and made to measure garments
  • Items with custom embroidery or personalisation
  • Final sale or clearance items, where marked

How to Start a Return

To begin a return, contact us at support@vestmentsempire.com with your order number and the reason for the return. Our team will confirm whether your item qualifies and send you clear return instructions. Please do not send items back before receiving confirmation.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method, usually within five to ten business days, depending on your bank or card provider. Original shipping charges are not refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

If you need a different size or a different item, the quickest way is to return the original piece for a refund and place a new order. If you would prefer a direct exchange, contact us and we will do our best to arrange it based on availability.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact us within seven days of delivery at support@vestmentsempire.com with photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement, repair or full refund at no cost to you.

Return Shipping Costs

Unless the return is due to our error, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit back to us.
