At Vestments Empire we know your garments are needed for services, ceremonies and daily ministry, so we process and ship every order with care. This policy explains how and when your clergy wear is dispatched and delivered.
Order Processing Time
In stock items are typically processed within one to three business days. Custom made and made to measure pieces require additional time for tailoring, usually seven to fourteen business days, depending on the garment and any embroidery requested. You will receive an email with tracking details once your order ships.
Free Shipping
We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $300 within the United States. Orders below this amount are charged a flat shipping rate, which is shown at checkout before you pay.
Domestic Shipping
Within the United States, standard delivery usually takes three to seven business days after dispatch. Express options are available at checkout for time sensitive orders, with faster transit times shown during checkout.
International Shipping
Vestments Empire ships worldwide. International standard delivery generally takes seven to twenty one business days after dispatch, depending on the destination and local handling. Express international options are available at checkout where eligible.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes and customs fees set by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product or shipping price. Please check your local regulations if you are unsure.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to follow your parcel. If you do not receive this email, please check your spam folder or contact us.
Delays
While we work hard to meet our estimated timelines, delivery can occasionally be affected by weather, carrier delays, customs inspections or peak seasons. We appreciate your patience and will always help you trace a delayed parcel.
